    Join Nirja for a small group, prenatal, strength training class. Build strength to support your growing bump and ever changing body. This class is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy.

  • 4th Trimester Movement Class

    Join Dr. Katie and safely move your body to strengthen and lengthen in this 4th trimester movement class. Learn to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor! This class is appropriate for women 0-6 months postpartum. Non-crawling babies are welcome to join!
